Absolutely love my bag. I only got a medium as I don’t need to carry a laptop. I think I have more in my bag than I really need but hey, now I have all the little extras like lip gloss, hand cream and even bandaids. I carry around a large drink bottle, my morning juice, lunch and even 2 sets glasses. I especially love the generous shoulder strap - one of the features I was looking for. I see people walking into work with 2 to 3 bags, which use to be me and now I am arriving to work with only the 1 bag. The other thing I love is the key chain. I never loose my keys. Absolutely love my bag, maybe the larger one would have been better but the medium is ample (once I realise I don’t need everything I am actually carrying). The quality is great and I love the insulated insert to keep everything cool. Also purchased a medium pouch to put all toiletries and first aid stuff in, which is great as I can easily transfer from this bag for work to my handbag on weekends.

This work bag has everything I need. I work on the mines and all the little pockets and loops to clip stuff on makes it great to carry all my stuff like PPE gear etc. Not to mention the insulation and water bottle holder is amazing! It’s a 10/10 for me.
