Shipping Costs

Free shipping: Enjoy free standard shipping on all domestic orders over $125.00.

Standard flat rate shipping: $9.95 for orders under $125.00.

Express shipping: $14.95.

Processing and Shipping Timeframes

Dispatching: Our standard dispatch time is within 5-7 business days for standard shipping and 1-2 business days for express shipping. Orders are dispatched Monday - Friday from our Northern New South Wales warehouse. 
During sale events, collection launches or restocks, there may be a delayed timeframe of 7-10 business days for standard shipping and 2-3 business days for express post. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order is shipped.

Standard shipping times with Australia Post:
Metro - 2-5 business days
Regional - 3-6 business days
WA - 5-8 business days

Express shipping times with Australia Post:
Metro - 1-3 business days
Regional - 2-5 business days
WA - 3-5 business days

Customs / Import Duties and Taxes

Please note that your local customs office may charge duties & taxes for products ordered outside of your country or region. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not prepaid by Ela & Earth and not include in the purchase price. Delays

There may be interruptions or delays with experienced with our shipping partners which are out of our control. The above timeframes are a guideline only and we take no responsibility for the actual shipping times through our shipping partners.

Lost Parcels

Once your order has been dispatched you will be provided with a tracking number. Ela & Earth cannot accept responsibility for goods lost in transit. Missing parcel inquiries must be directed to the selected courier. Find out more about lodging a missing parcel inquiry with Australia Post here.

However, if you have selected parcel protection at checkout - please refer to our parcel protection policy to submit a claim. If you have entered the incorrect shipping address, your parcel will be delivered back to us, after which we can then re-ship to the correct address. Please note that the cost for reshipment is at the expense of the customer.

Preorders

Refer to the product page for pre-sale information on out-of-stock items, including estimated date of arrival. Pre-ordering ensures that you won’t miss out on the next shipment, particularly for our popular product styles that tend to sell out quickly! All pre-orders with Ela & Earth are paid in full, and delivery is arranged by our team once our stock shipment has been received.
