about our drinkware
IS THE ELA & EARTH DRINKWARE INSULATED?
Yes. Our stainless steel water bottles and smoothie tumblers feature double-wall insulation, helping to keep your drinks at temperature while you're on the go.
ARE THE WATER BOTTLES LEAKPROOF?
Our water bottles are designed to prevent leaks when kept upright, with the lid securely screwed on and the mouthpiece completely folded down. As the mouthpiece can occasionally be knocked or dislodged while inside a bag, we don't describe them as 100% leakproof.
HOW SHOULD I CLEAN MY DRINKWARE?
For longevity, we recommend hand washing your drinkware. For a thorough clean of the mouthpiece and straw, use the included straw cleaner where applicable. Always allow all components to dry completely before reassembling.
ARE YOUR WATER BOTTLES AND TUMBLERS DISHWASHER SAGE?
We recommend hand washing our drinkware to help preserve the finish, insulation and components over time. Please refer to the care instructions on each individual product page for product-specific information.
ARE YOUR DRINKWARE PRODUCTS BPA FREE?
Yes. Our drinkware is made using BPA-free materials, with our insulated drinkware featuring 304-grade stainless steel for durable everyday use.

about our lunchware
WHAT'S THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN STAINLESS STEEL AND SILICONE BENTO BOXES?
Our stainless steel bento boxes are a durable, lightweight option for packing lunches on the go. Our silicone bento boxes are soft, flexible and suitable for the microwave, oven, freezer and air fryer, making them ideal for both storing and reheating meals.
ARE YOUR LUNCH BOXES DISHWASHER SAFE?
Our stainless steel bento boxes are dishwasher safe; however, the silicone seal should be removed and hand washed separately. Our silicone lunchware is dishwasher safe for easy everyday cleaning. Always check the individual product care instructions for specific details.
CAN I PUT MY LUNCH BOX IN THE MICROWAVE?
Our silicone bento boxes and containers are microwave safe, while our stainless steel lunch boxes are not suitable for microwave use. If reheating meals is important to you, we recommend choosing from our silicone lunchware range.
