Do you offer discounts for corporate orders?
Yes. Exclusive pricing is available for qualifying corporate and bulk orders, with minimum order values or quantities applying.

Do you offer custom branding?
We don't currently offer custom logos, embroidery or personalisation on our products.
Our products can, however, be incorporated into your own branded gift boxes, hampers or corporate gifting experience.
Can I order products for corporate gift hampers?
Absolutely. Ela & Earth products make beautiful additions to corporate hampers and gift boxes.
You can select individual products or speak with our team about complementary pieces that work well together.
How can I receive a quote

How far in advance should I place my order?
We recommend contacting us as early as possible, particularly for larger quantities or gifting required during busy periods such as Christmas and EOFY.
Product availability can vary, so additional lead time gives us the best opportunity to accommodate your preferred products and quantities.
When will my order be dispatched?
For available stock, we generally aim to dispatch corporate orders within 1–3 business days after payment has been received and confirmed.
Larger or more complex orders may require additional preparation time. Your expected dispatch timeframe will be confirmed as part of your quote.

Yes. Corporate delivery options are available across Australia and New Zealand.
