In order to provide an accurate quote, we will require:

When will my order be shipped?
For in-stock items, we can ship your order within 1-3 business days after receiving payment remittance.
For custom orders, we require a longer lead time. Please get in touch with us via our contact form and we can confirm a delivery timeframe for your custom order.
Can your water bottles and tumblers be customised with engraving?
Yes, however we do not offer custom engraving as a service.
