Ecommerce Warehousing + Order Fulfilment

About this role:
The Warehouse & Order Fulfilment position is responsible for ensuring that orders are fulfilled accurately and efficiently in a busy warehouse environment. This includes picking and packing products for shipment, performing regular stock takes, organising the warehouse layout, and ensuring that orders are processed in a timely manner.
The ideal candidate should possess strong attention to detail, be able to multitask and work in a fast paced environment and have experience with a warehouse management system.

What this role involves
Warehousing:
- Receiving and inspecting incoming shipments, checking for damages and reporting any issues
- Unpacking and sorting products – unpacking and sorting products according to SKU numbers, product categories and other specifications
- Managing inventory – ensuring that inventory levels are accurate, performing cycle counts, and updating inventory levels as needed
- Picking, packing and dispatching online orders in an accurate and efficient manner to minimise delays to shipping
- Barcoding and labelling
- General warehouse administration
- Maintain warehouse cleanliness
- Assist with unpacking incoming stock from container or pallets
- Receive and put away stock
- Stock replenishment
- Prep warehouse for new arrivals by arranging incoming deliveries in designated storage areas
- Inspecting the merchandise for damage, flaws and irregularities
- Keep warehouse highly organised
- Coordinating current stock to make room for incoming deliveries of new stock
