E-Commerce Graphic Designer

Full Time (Monday - Friday, 8am - 4.30pm) Tweed Heads

The Ecommerce Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating a wide range of visual assets for Ela & Earth’s online store and digital marketing efforts. This includes designing graphics for social media, email marketing (EDMs), digital advertisements, website visuals, and journal assets. You’ll work closely with the marketing and creative teams to develop cohesive and engaging designs that enhance the brand’s online presence, increase customer engagement, and drive conversions.

Required skills and experience:

  • Experience:
    • 2+ years of experience as a graphic designer, preferably with a focus on eCommerce, digital marketing, and social media
    • Experience creating designs for digital ads, social media, websites, email marketing, and other online platforms
  • Design Skills:
    • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, or other relevant design tools
    • Strong understanding of typography, layout, colour theory, and composition
    • Ability to create vector graphics, edit images, and work with both static and animated visuals
  • Web & Digital Experience:
    • Experience designing web visuals (e.g., banners, product images, landing pages) with a solid understanding of UI/UX design principles
    • Familiarity with email marketing platforms (Klaviyo) and creating responsive email templates
    • Knowledge of web optimization techniques to ensure designs load quickly and perform well
  • Creative & Conceptual Thinking:
    • Ability to think strategically about design, with a strong understanding of how visuals contribute to customer engagement and sales conversion
    • Creative mindset with an eye for detail and the ability to produce high-quality work under tight deadlines
  • Brand Alignment:
    • Deep understanding of the Ela & Earth brand and its core values
    • Ability to translate brand messaging into visually appealing and cohesive designs that resonate with our target audience

What this role involves:

  • Social Media & Story Graphics:
    • Design eye-catching and on-brand social media posts, stories, and banners for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, and TikTok
    • Ensure graphics are optimized for each platform and designed to maximize engagement (using the latest trends, formats, and visual styles)
    • Collaborate with the social media team to ensure content aligns with the monthly content calendar and campaign goals
  • Website Graphics:
    • Create compelling visual assets for the Ela & Earth website, including homepage banners, product images, category page designs, and seasonal promotions
    • Ensure that web visuals are consistent with the brand's look and feel, while also being optimized for fast load times and a seamless user experience
    • Work closely with the web development team to implement designs and troubleshoot any design-related issues on the website
  • Journal & Editorial Assets:
    • Design beautiful, brand-aligned assets for the Ela & Earth Journal, which may include blog post images, infographics, style guides, and custom graphics for articles or product features
    • Develop layout designs for digital publications and ensure all assets are consistent with the overall aesthetic and voice of Ela & Earth
  • Ad Assets & Campaign Graphics:
    • Design compelling digital ad creatives for display ads, paid social media ads (Instagram/Facebook), Google Ads, and more
    • Work with the marketing team to design promotional graphics for new product launches, sales, seasonal campaigns, and special offers
    • Ensure that all ad assets are optimized for each platform (size, resolution, format) and follow best practices for conversion
  • Email Marketing & EDMs:
    • Create visually engaging email templates and assets for monthly newsletters, product announcements, promotions, and personalized customer emails
    • Ensure consistency in design, branding, and messaging across all email campaigns to enhance customer engagement and drive conversions
    • Work with the email marketing team to optimize designs for mobile and desktop platforms and monitor performance to improve designs over time
  • Branding & Visual Consistency:
    • Ensure that all digital assets align with Ela & Earth’s brand guidelines, maintaining consistency in colour, typography, imagery, and messaging across all platforms
    • Collaborate with other creative team members to uphold the overall brand identity while exploring new ways to enhance the visual language of the brand
  • Creative Ideation & Collaboration:
    • Contribute to brainstorming and concept development for campaigns, new product launches, and promotional activities
    • Stay on top of design trends, digital marketing best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously improve the brand's online presence
    • Work closely with the marketing and content teams to bring campaigns and concepts to life through design

Influencer Coordinator

Full Time (Monday - Friday, 8am - 4.30pm) Tweed Heads

The Influencer Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of influencer marketing, from discovering new influencers to managing ongoing partnerships. This role will involve outreach, coordination, gifting, content scheduling, and ensuring that influencer campaigns align with Ela & Earth’s brand goals. You will work closely with the marketing and social media teams to ensure that influencer content resonates with our audience, promotes our products, and drives brand awareness. 

Required skills and experience:

  • Experience: 1-3 years of experience in influencer marketing, PR, social media management, or a related field. Previous experience managing influencer campaigns for lifestyle, fashion, beauty, or sustainability brands is a plus
  • Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to communicate clearly, professionally, and persuasively with influencers, colleagues, and stakeholders
  • Organizational Skills: Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple campaigns and deadlines simultaneously
  • Social Media Savvy: Deep understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.) and influencer marketing trends
  • Relationship Management: Strong interpersonal skills with a knack for building and maintaining relationships with influencers, content creators, and partners
  • Attention to Detail: A keen eye for detail, especially when it comes to managing influencer content and ensuring it aligns with the brand's aesthetics and messaging
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to track and analyze influencer campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement

What this role involves:

  • Influencer Discovery & Research:
    • Identify and research potential influencers who align with Ela & Earth’s brand values, aesthetic, and target audience
    • Stay updated on influencer trends and emerging platforms to continually discover new talent and expand our influencer network
    • Build and maintain a database of influencers categorized by niche, audience demographics, and engagement metrics
  • Outreach & Relationship Building:
    • Reach out to influencers via email, DM, or other channels, introducing them to the Ela & Earth brand and initiating collaboration opportunities
    • Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with influencers to ensure continued brand advocacy
    • Negotiate terms for influencer collaborations, including content deliverables, compensation (gifted products, payment, etc.), and timelines
  • Gifting & Product Seeding:
    • Manage the process of gifting products to influencers, ensuring timely delivery, accurate product details, and the inclusion of brand materials
    • Coordinate with the logistics team to ensure smooth shipping and delivery for influencer gifting and campaigns
  • Content Scheduling & Coordination:
    • Work closely with influencers to schedule content, ensuring that posts are aligned with campaign timelines and key brand moments (product launches, special promotions, etc.)
    • Coordinate content delivery and ensure all content meets brand guidelines, quality standards, and legal requirements (e.g., usage rights, disclosures)
    • Keep track of influencer content deadlines and ensure all posts go live on schedule
  • Campaign Management:
    • Oversee the execution of influencer campaigns from start to finish, ensuring all deliverables are met and content is optimized for brand visibility
    • Collaborate with the social media and marketing teams to ensure influencer content is cross-promoted on Ela & Earth’s channels (Instagram, TikTok, website, etc.)
    • Track and report on campaign performance, analyzing engagement, reach, and ROI for each influencer partnership
  • Monitoring & Reporting:
    • Monitor influencer posts and engagement to ensure alignment with brand values and quality standards
    • Collect and analyze data from influencer campaigns, providing regular reports on performance and key metrics (engagement rates, reach, conversions, etc.)
    • Use feedback to improve future influencer campaigns and identify areas of opportunity
  • Content Assistant:
    • You will assist the Marketing and Creative team creating and featuring in content for our social media platforms

Video Content Creator & Youtube Coordinator

Full Time (Monday - Friday, 8am - 4.30pm) Tweed Heads

As the Video Content Creator and Youtube Coordinator, your role will be to conceptualize, produce, and manage content for a brand-new YouTube channel that is both a personal journey and an extension of Ela & Earth. This channel will essentially be a  “lifestyle” vlog sharing a behind-the-scenes look into the life of the Founder, travel, recipes, house content, and everyday experiences. Through this content, you’ll help foster a deeper connection with the audience and gently introduce the Ela & Earth brand and products in a personal and relatable way. In addition to this you will be responsible for all in-house video content for our online store.

Required skills and experience:

  • Experience: Proven experience in content creation, especially for YouTube or other video platforms. Experience with lifestyle, travel, or food-related content is a plus
  • Creative Skills: Strong creative vision with the ability to develop fresh, original ideas that resonate with viewers
  • Video Editing: Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro) and the ability to create high-quality content from start to finish
  • Personal Branding: A natural storyteller with the ability to authentically connect with an audience through personal experiences
  • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with YouTube SEO, analytics, and optimization techniques to help grow the channel
  • Social Media Savvy: Understanding of how YouTube integrates with other social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, etc.) to expand brand presence

What this role involves:

  • Content Strategy & Creation:
    • Develop and implement a content strategy that balances personal branding with Ela & Earth’s messaging, focusing on authenticity and lifestyle
    • Film, edit, and produce videos showcasing the life of the Founder including behind-the-scenes and day-in-the-life content focusing on the Ela & Earth brand and personal life
    • Create vlogs that showcase the Founders experiences and Ela & Earth products
    • Develop and share recipes that highlight lifestyle, featuring simple, healthy, and sustainable ingredients that align with the Ela & Earth brand and showcase the brands product
    • Film and edit all in-house videos for our online store
  • Channel Growth & Development:
    • Work with the Founder to set goals for the channel and build a content calendar that resonates with the audience while incorporating key brand messages
    • Optimize video titles, descriptions, tags, and thumbnails for SEO and maximum reach on YouTube
    • Stay current with trends in lifestyle content and YouTube algorithms to continuously refine and grow the channel
  • Community Engagement:
    • Build a community by responding to comments, messages, and engaging with followers on YouTube and across other social media platforms
    • Foster a positive and inclusive space where your audience feels connected to the Ela & Earth brand and its mission
  • Brand Integration:
    • Subtly incorporate Ela & Earth products, ethos, and initiatives into your content, making sure the brand is organically represented without overtly hard-selling
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to align video content with larger brand campaigns, initiatives and product production
  • Content Production & Editing:
    • Handle all aspects of video production, from shooting and editing to post-production tasks (adding graphics, subtitles, music, etc.)
    • Ensure the aesthetic and visual quality of the videos aligns with the Ela & Earth brand’s tone and style
