Coverage thresholds:
- For shipments valued at $50 and under, the parcel protection fee is $2.75.
- For shipments valued between $50 and $150, the parcel protection fee is $3.75.
- For shipments valued at $150 and above, the parcel protection fee is $4.75.
How it works:
- Selecting parcel protection at checkout ensures that your shipment is covered against loss or damage during transit.
- In the event of a covered loss or damage, please contact our customer support team for assistance in filing a claim.
Claims process:
- If you need to file a claim, please contact our customer support team within 7 days of delivery.
- Claims will be processed promptly, and our team will assist you throughout the claims process.
