Where are you located?

Ela & Earth is based in a small coastal town just outside of Byron Bay in Northern NSW, Australia. We’re lucky enough to be surrounded by an abundance of natural beauty; making us all the more passionate about protecting our planet.

Where are your products made?

Our products are designed with love right here in Australia and manufactured ethically in China. We’re proud to work alongside some incredible manufacturing partners who prioritise environmentally friendly practices and ethical business standards.

Do you ship internationally?

We ship within Australia and New Zealand only. We love seeing our Ela & Earth products being loved and re-used all around the world. For more details on shipping costs and delivery options, click here.

Do you ship plastic-free?

We take great care to ensure your order is prepared and shipped with the smallest environmental footprint, using recycled materials and plastic-free packaging where possible.

When will my order be dispatched?

All Ela & Earth orders are dispatched within 2-3 business days of ordering. We’ll keep you in the loop with an initial email to confirm your order, and another email once your order has been dispatched. Do you work with brand ambassadors?

Do you offer refunds or returns?
