Where are you located?

Ela & Earth is based in a small coastal town just outside of Byron Bay in Northern NSW, Australia. 

Where are your products made?

Our products are designed with love right here in Australia and manufactured ethically in China. We’re proud to work alongside some incredible manufacturing partners who prioritise environmentally friendly practices and ethical business standards.

Do you ship internationally?

We ship within Australia and New Zealand only. We love seeing our Ela & Earth products being loved and re-used all around the world. For more details on shipping costs and delivery options, click here.

Do you ship plastic-free?

We take great care to ensure your order is prepared and shipped with the smallest environmental footprint, using recycled materials and plastic-free packaging where possible.

When will my order be dispatched?

All Ela & Earth orders are dispatched within 2-3 business days of ordering. We’ll keep you in the loop with an initial email to confirm your order, and another email once your order has been dispatched. You’ll also be provided with a tracking number so you can stay up to date with your delivery progress. For more details on shipping costs and delivery options, click here.

Do you work with brand ambassadors?

Yes! We love working with mindful brands and passionate people who align with our mission and values, and offer discount codes, partnerships and affiliate programs. If you think you’d be a good fit for our brand, please get in touch with our team to learn more about becoming a brand advocate for Ela & Earth.

Do you offer refunds or returns?

In the unlikely event of faulty or damaged products, we will happily offer a refund for goods returned within 7 days (unused and in original packaging). Visit our returns page for more information on our refund policy and processing your return.

3 Month Manufacturing Policy

We hope you love your new products from Ela & Earth just as much as we love curating them for you!

We understand, however, that sometimes things don’t go to plan. When this happens, here is our commitment to you.

  1. Our products are covered with a 3 month manufacturing policy from the date of purchase.
  2. This policy covers any recognised faults, defects in materials and workmanship.
  3. Enquiries displaying damage from misuse and neglect will be rejected.
  4. Enquiries displaying general wear and tear after 3 months will be rejected.
  5. Photo evidence of defective products will be required.
  6. If a product is deemed defective we will offer to repair or replace the product.
  7. A manufacturing defect will make itself known within 3 months. If any issues arise outside of this period, the product may be declared general wear and tear.
  8. Please note, each customer enquiry will be treated with care as an isolated case-by-case scenario.
