Once this 30-minute window has passed, your order is locked for processing and can no longer be amended. We are unable to process changes after this time, so please choose carefully before completing your purchase. If you need to update your shipping address after this period, please contact our team as soon as possible and we will do our best to assist before your order is dispatched.
5. If your order includes both a pre-order item and a non pre-order item, all items will be shipped together once the pre-order item is ready for dispatch.
6. Sale items are eligible for return in line with our standard returns policy.

Where a discount code is subject to a minimum spend requirement, the minimum spend is calculated based on the product merchandise subtotal only, and excludes shipping costs, taxes, duties and gift cards.

Ela & Earth digital gift cards are valid for 3 years from the date of issue. Gift cards are non-transferable, cannot be exchanged for cash, and are non-refundable. Discount or promotional codes cannot be used when purchasing a gift card.

Our monthly giveaways (including Instagram giveaways, website review draws and Facebook community member draws) are selected at random. Winners are contacted directly via the email address or social account submitted at entry. Prizes are not transferable or redeemable for cash.

Where a free gift is included as part of a promotional offer, the free gift must be returned if items from the qualifying purchase are returned and the order value falls below the promotional threshold. If the free gift is not returned, the value of the gift may be deducted from the refund or credit issued.
