Where’s my shoulder strap?
You'll find the detachable shoulder strap located inside the large front pocket of the water bottle bag. Please kindly check all pockets of your bag before reaching out to our customer care team.

How big is the large front pocket?
The dimensions of the large front pocket are as follows: 16cm (H) x 10cm (W).

My zip is slightly stiff?
The Odyssey Collection was designed with new, sturdy zippers to ensure durability. This new zipper may be a little sticky at first, however, it self-lubricates the more it is used and will loosen up soon.

There's extra thread hanging from my bag?
Some logos may have a little bit of extra thread on the corner of the badge. Rest assured this is purely excess from the sewing machine and is 100% safe to trim down.

How much does the bag weigh?

Will a 1.8L water bottle fit inside the bag?
The 1.8L is a little too big! Our bags are designed to hold our 1000ml & 550ml water bottles.

Will it fit my water bottle from another brand?
Rumour has it that our bags comfortably hold various other brands of 1L bottles including Frank Green and Yeti! However we suggest you measure and double check the dimensions of our water bottle bag: (W) x 13cm (D) x 25cm (H)

There’s a hole in the top?
The Lunch Bucket Bags have been thoughtfully designed to embody both a handbag and lunch cooler in one bag. This design allows a 1 Litre Water Bottle to stand upright in the dedicated pocket which may prevent the drawstring from completely pulling closed. If you are searching for a lunch bag that completely closes, we would recommend our Tote Bags.

How does the Medium Tote differ from the Odyssey Tote Bag [Large]?
The Odyssey Medium Tote Bag offers the same features you know and love (insulation, bottle pocket, luggage sleeve) but in a more compact size. The key difference: the Medium is not designed for a laptop. If you want to carry a laptop or need more space, go for the Odyssey Tote Bag [Large].

Our passport wallets are made for organisation and travel convenience, are not designed with RFID protection.

Can you fit more than 4 passports in the family passport wallet?
Our Family Passport Wallet was designed to comfortably fit 4 passports, however, you could slip an additional 1-2 passports into the boarding pass pocket and zipped pocket. Just be aware that this may slightly limit the amount of space for cash, cards and travel documents.
