Condition every 6–12 months with a quality leather conditioner to maintain suppleness and prevent drying

The bag is lovely and great quality but the measurements on the website are not correct.
I measured my laptop to make sure it would fit, my laptop measures 32cm and doesn't fit - the website states that a 33cm (14inch) laptop will fit in the sleeve. The measurements of the base of the bag are also incorrect.
Very frustrating because I now cannot use this bag for work, which is why I purchased it.
It seems that you have measured the outside and not the actual inside spaces of the bag, the thick insulated lining makes it much smaller inside.

Just to clarify, the laptop sleeve is advertised on our product page as fitting most 13" MacBooks, rather than laptops up to 14". Laptop dimensions can vary between brands and models, even when they have the same screen size.
The overall bag dimensions listed on our website are external measurements, and we also transparently note that measurements may vary by approximately 1-2 cm due to manufacturing variations. The usable internal space will naturally be slightly smaller due to the structure, padding and insulated lining of the bag.
