How do I shop the sale?
Our sale will be live on the website at 8am AEDT on Friday, 26th December. Prices will be as marked - no discount code needed.
What's included in the sale?
20% off sitewide (excludes sale items and gift vouchers).
Plus, take an extra 20% off clearance items with code EXTRA20.
How do I claim my free gift?
Spend $150 AUD or more (excluding parcel protection) during our Boxing Day sale and receive a FREE Oyster With Gold - Odyssey Medium Pouch, strictly while stocks last.
Your free gift will be automatically added to your cart at checkout when you qualify. Please note: this offer is available while stock lasts only. If the free gift does not appear in your cart at checkout, it means it has sold out.
Free gift with purchase returns policy
Any return that includes a free gift, must be returned with the free gift in its original packaging. This also applies to partial returns, where the returned item(s) brings the order underneath the free gift threshold. If the free gift is not returned, the retail price of the gift will be deducted from the store credit issued.
Will sold out items be available for pre-order during the sale?
Unfortunately our sold-out items will not be available for pre-order during this sale, apologies.
How long will it take for my order to be shipped?
Please allow between 7-10 business days for your order to be shipped during peak sale periods, or 2-3 business days for orders with express shipping.
Can I Click and Collect my sale items?
Yes! Click and Collect is available from our Tweed Heads warehouse. Please allow between 1-2 business days for your order to be prepared. You will receive an email notification once your order is ready for collection. Please note, our warehouse is not available for collection on public holidays or weekends.
Can I make changes to my sale order?
Unfortunately, due to the high volume of orders, we are unable to make changes to your order (including colours, quantities and styles) after it has been placed, so please choose wisely! If you need to update your shipping address, please contact our team at customercare@elaandearth.com.au as soon as possible.
Can I return my sale items?
Yes, sale items can be returned for a credit note as per our returns policy. Please note: clearance items marked "final sale" are not eligible for returns.
Are items reserved in my cart?
Unfortunately, items aren’t reserved while they’re in your cart. Your order is only secured once checkout is complete. To avoid missing out, we recommend adding the items to your cart early and checking out once the sale goes live.
Can I use a discount code on my order?
No, unfortunately discount codes (such as our welcome code) cannot be used in conjunction with our Boxing Day Sale prices.
Is free shipping available?
Yes, free shipping is available on all orders over $125 AUD. Please note, for corporate or bulk orders, a seperate delivery fee may apply. Please contact our customer service team to confirm your delivery fee before placing a corporate order.
