We’ve answered our most frequently asked questions below so you can be ready to shop the moment the sale goes live! 

When does the sale start?

Set your alarms - our Afterpay Day Sale begins at 8:00am AEST, Tuesday 11 August and ends at 11:59pm AEST, Sunday 16 August

Please note that stock is limited and will move fast, so we recommend getting in quick!

Do I need a discount code?

No need to worry about entering a code when checking out - all discounts will be automatically applied. Simply add your favourite items to your cart and check out hassle-free.

Can the sale be combined with other discounts?

No, sorry. Our Afterpay Day Sale prices cannot be combined with any other discounts, including welcome codes.

What's included in the sale?

We're giving you 25% OFF SITEWIDE, no exclusions!

Are the new Odyssey Insulated Backpacks included in the sale?

YES! For the first time since they have launched, our best selling Odyssey insulated Backpacks will be included in this Afterpay day sale.

 

Will there be further discounts on clearance items ? 

No, there will be no extra discount on clearance items. These items are final sale. 

Will sold out items be available for pre-order during sale?

The following styles will be available for pre-order during the sale:

These items will be clearly marked as pre-order on the website, with an estimated dispatch timeframe of September. This will be listed on each product page.

Please note, some styles may also become available for pre-order once they sell out during the sale.

If your order includes both a pre-order item and a non pre-order item, all items will be shipped together once the pre-order item is ready for dispatch.

Can I return my sale items?

We want you to love your Ela & Earth items and offer 30 day returns on all purchases for an online store credit as per our returns policy. Please note, clearance items marked "final sale" are unable to be returned. Make yourself familiar with our Returns Policy here. 

Can I make changes to my order? 

You have 30 minutes after placing your order to make any changes, including updating your name, shipping address, or adding additional items.

Once this 30-minute window has passed, no further changes can be made to your order.

If you need to update your shipping address after this time, please email customercare@elaandearth.com.au as soon as possible. 

We appreciate your understanding and patience during this busy sale period.

Can I Click and Collect during the sale? 

Absolutely! If you’re local to the Tweed Heads Shire or Southern QLD, simply select “Local Pickup” when checking out. 

You'll be notified once your order is ready for collection, typically within 3 business days during sale periods. Pop in, say hi to the team!

Please note that we operate from our warehouse and are not a shopfront, therefore are unable to facilitate any exchanges or returns.
