When does the sale start?

Set your alarms! Our Afterpay Day Sale begins at 8am AEDT Thursday 20th March and ends midnight AEDT Sunday 23rd March. 

Do I need a discount code?

Nope! No need to worry about entering a code when checking out - all discounts will be automatically applied. Simply add your favourite items to your cart and check out hassle-free.

Can the sale be combined with other discounts?

No, sorry! Our Afterpay Day sale prices cannot be combined with any other discounts, including welcome codes.

What's included in the sale?

Our Afterpay Day sale is available SITEWIDE, excluding clearance/already reduced items.

From Tote Bags and Lunch Bags to Water Bottles and Picnic Rugs, there’s something for everyone!

Will sold out items be available for pre-order during sale?

Unfortunately, no. Our sold-out products will not be restocked for the sale, and we will not be opening pre-orders. 

With this being said, it's worth noting we have limited stock available in certain products (including our Black Tote Bags) - so if you’ve been eyeing off something new for yourself or someone special, make sure you grab it before it sells out!

Can I return my sale items?

We want you to love your Ela & Earth items and offer 30 day returns on all purchases for an online store credit as per our returns policy. Make yourself familiar with our Returns Policy here! 

Can I make changes to my order? 

Due to the extremely high volume of orders and emails our team receives during sale periods, we are unable to accommodate any changes to your order. This includes sizes, quantities and colours so please triple check over your order before checking out! 

If you need to make a change to your delivery address, please contact our team at customercare@elaandearth.com.au as soon as possible. We truly appreciate your understanding and patience during this busy time. 

Can I Click and Collect during the sale? 

Absolutely! If you haven’t heard the good news, we offer a Click and Collect service for our lovely locals. If you’re local to the Tweed Heads Shire or Southern QLD, simply select “Local Pickup” when checking out. 

You will be notified once your order is ready for collection, typically within 3 business days during sale periods. Pop in, say hi to the team and give George (our office dog) a belly rub! Please note that we operate from our warehouse and are not a shopfront, therefore are unable to facilitate any exchanges or returns.
