For this edition, we’re chatting with Nicole, our Digital Marketing Manager. Known for her calm energy and sharp creative eye, Nicole juggles all things online at Ela & Earth - and she does it with a seriously organised (and stylish) bag in tow.
Her pick? The Black Lunch Bucket Bag. It’s compact, chic, and works just as hard as she does - whether she’s heading into the office or out and about with her daughter.

What is your go-to work bag (and why do you love it?)
My go-to work bag is definitely our Black Lunch Bucket Bag. I bought this bag as soon as it launched last year and use it nearly every single day!
It's compact yet spacious enough to fit my essentials, matches any outfit, and also doubles as the perfect "mum" handbag on the weekends when I'm out and about with my 4 year old (perfect for keeping her snacks cold!)
What is one item in your bag you can't live without?
Can I have two? First, my airpods, for when I need to get in the zone and focus at work, and secondly, my Blush Pink tumbler for my morning coffee.
What are your everyday beauty essentials?
I am definitely no beauty guru (not even close haha) but I did visit Tokyo recently and picked up a few viral TikTok products that I'm really liking! My two current faves are the Milano Vitamin C serum and the Canmake Cream Cheek Blush, these have become daily staples for me.
As for the beauty essentials I bring to work, I always have a lip liner, gloss and powder stashed in my Khaki Pouch. Our socials team is constantly filming content in the office so you never know when you’ll be in front of the camera!
What does a typical day of lunches/snacks look like for you?
I'm usually rushing around like a headless chook in the mornings so I'll typically make a smoothie and bring this into work with me for brekkie on the go.
For snacks, I like to pack some bliss balls and fruit into my Nesting Containers (I’m obsessed with the new Lilac colour), and lunch is nearly always dinner leftovers packed inside my Bento Snack Box.
Are you a minimalist or an over-packer?
Hmm, I think I'm a minimalist for work (hence why I opt for the Lunch Bucket Bag over the Tote Bag) but a serious over-packer for holidays!
Now if only we had a travel range launching just around the corner... 😉
