Online Warehouse Sale FAQ's

Our Online Warehouse Sale is a special once-a-year event with limited stock, reduced prices, and “Almost Perfect” pieces. To help you shop with confidence, we’ve outlined everything you need to know before purchasing.

Can I use a discount code on my order?

No, sorry. Warehouse Sale items are already heavily discounted, so additional discount codes cannot be applied.


Can I return my sale items?

All Warehouse Sale purchases are final sale. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or store credit on these items. Please choose carefully before checking out.


Do my sale items include a warranty?

No. Warranty does not apply to Warehouse Sale purchases. Items are sold as-is at a reduced price.


Can I make changes to my order after it’s been placed?

Due to the high volume of orders during our Warehouse Sale, we’re unable to make changes once an order is confirmed.

The only exception is updating your shipping address if your order has not yet been dispatched. Please contact our Customer Care team immediately if you need to update your address.


What condition will “Almost Perfect” items be in?

“Almost Perfect” items have minor cosmetic imperfections - such as small marks, stitching variations, or logo placement inconsistencies - that do not affect the functionality of the product. These items will be sent at random, and we are unable to take requests for specific faults. Every item is still fully functional and will arrive tagged to explain the variation.

What happens if an item I purchase oversells?

Due to the high volume of orders received during our Online Warehouse Sale, occasional overselling may occur. If this happens, our Customer Care team will contact you as soon as possible and issue a full refund.

  1. Stock is limited and may sell out quickly - items are not reserved until checkout is complete.

  2. Orders will be processed and shipped as quickly as possible, but please allow for slight delays due to high demand.

  3. If you love a piece, don't wait - once it's gone, it won't be restocked!

  4. By purchasing from the Online Warehouse Sale, you agree to these terms and conditions.

  5. Please note, order's containing over 10 picnic rugs will incur an additional shipping fee.
