When does the Flash Sale start and finish?
Our November Flash Sale runs from 8.00am to 11.00am AEDT on Thursday 5 November 2026, unless sold out earlier.
How much is the discount?
Enjoy 30% off sitewide* for three hours only.
Do I need a discount code?
No. The discount will automatically apply to eligible products at checkout. No discount code is required.
Can I use another discount code during the Flash Sale?
No. Discount codes and other promotions cannot be applied to Flash Sale items.
Can I shop the sale after it ends?
No. The promotion is available during the advertised sale period only and strictly while stocks last.
Can I return sale items?
Sale items remain subject to our standard Returns Policy, unless otherwise stated on the product page.
When will my order be dispatched?
Due to the high volume of orders during the Flash Sale, please allow 5 to 7 business days for your order to be dispatched.
Can I change my order after placing it?
You can edit your order using our self service order editing tool in the checkout for up to 30 minutes after placing your order. This includes changing colours, products, quantities or your shipping address.
Once the 30 minute window has passed, your order is locked for processing and can no longer be amended. Please check your order carefully before completing your purchase.
If you need to update your shipping address after this period, contact our team as soon as possible. We will do our best to assist before your order is dispatched.
Can I receive a discount on a purchase made before the sale?
No. Price adjustments, refunds or credits will not be provided for purchases made before the Flash Sale begins.
