When does early access begin?
VIP early access begins at 9am AEDT, Thursday 28th November (24 hours before the sale officially begins).

Signing up for early access allows you to shop our Black Friday sale before anyone else, meaning you can secure your favourite products and get priority shipping.

When will my order be dispatched?
Please allow up to 3 business days for your order to be dispatched during sale periods. Our team will be working diligently behind the scenes to get your order shipping as soon as possible!
Can I make changes to my order?
Unfortunately due to the high influx of orders received during sale periods, we are unable to make changes once your order has been placed. This includes colours, sizes and quantities. We ask that you please triple check your order before placing it.

Can the sale be combined with any other discounts?
No, our Black Friday sale cannot be combined with any other discounts or used on clearance items.
Can I Click and Collect my Black Friday order?
Absolutely! Simply select Local Pickup at checkout to collect your order from our Tweed Heads warehouse. You will receive an email once your order is ready for collection, please allow up to 2 business days for your order to be prepared during sale periods.
Can I return my Black Friday items?
