You’ll need:

  • 1 frozen banana
  • 3 dates
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 1 tbsp almond butter
  • ½ avocado
  • 1 tsp vanilla essence
  • 5 ice cubes

Method:

  • Pour milk into the blender first followed by the banana and avocado.
  • Add all remaining ingredients and blend until smooth.

  • Contents of 1 passionfruit

  • 1 ½ cups of coconut water OR coconut milk

Method:

  • Blend all ingredients together until smooth
  • If more sweetness is required, add a little honey and blend again
